Shipping Information
Free Shipping: I offer free shipping via USPS First Class mail for all orders.
If you choose Express mail, there will be a shipping upcharge.
Packaging: Your items will be beautifully wrapped in pastel ribbon-tie pouch, perfect for gift-giving.
International Shipping: Most International orders will be shipped via First Class mail. For certain countries, Express mail is required to ensure safe delivery with tracking.
Approximate International delivery times:
USPS First Class Mail - 1-5 weeks (varies by country)
USPS Priority Mail. - 1-2 weeks
USPS Express Mail - 7-10 days
International shipments: Buyers are responsible for all taxes, duties and customs fees.
Watson Wells is not responsible for delays caused by the Shipping carrier or Customs.
Watson Wells will not be responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation from the respective shipping carrier.
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed before 12pm EST will be processed the same day.
Approximate Domestic Delivery times:
USPS First Class mail. 2-5 days
USPS Priority mail 2-3 days
USPS Express mail. 1-2 days
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are gladly accepted within the following timeframes:
Request is submitted within 7 days of receiving your item.
The item is returned within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions for returns:
Items must be returned in their original condition.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Any loss in value due to damage or alteration during return will be the buyers responsibility.
Damaged items: If an item is damaged during delivery, I will do my best to create a similar replacement. Please note that each piece is unique and cannot be replicated exactly.
*NO RETURNS AFTER 14 DAYS.
Cancellations:
Order cancellations are accepted if requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
