Sales Policies

A Note Before You Read

Every piece I make is crafted slowly, by hand, with care for the materials and care for the person who will wear it.
These policies are here to make sure your experience — from the moment you order to the moment it arrives — feels just as thoughtful.

Shipping

Free shipping is included on all orders via USPS Priority Mail.

Your piece arrives beautifully wrapped in a charming “candy-style” package — lovely for gifting as it is. If you’d like something more luxurious, upgraded gift boxes are available at checkout.

Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. For same-day processing on Priority or Express orders, they must be placed before 12:00 PM EST.

Domestic

First Class Mail — 2 to 5 days

Priority Mail — 2 to 3 days

Express Mail — 1 to 2 days

USPS guarantees Express Mail delivery within 1–2 days, but exact timing may vary.

International Shipping

Most international orders ship via First Class Mail. For certain countries, Express Mail is required to ensure safe delivery with tracking.

International

First Class Mail — 1 to 5 weeks (varies by country)

Priority Mail — 1 to 2 weeks

Express Mail — 7 to 10 days

Customs & Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.

Watson Wells is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Payment

Payment methods accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted if requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, the piece may already be in preparation for shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are gladly accepted within the following timeframes:

  • Notify me within 7 days of receiving your item
  • Return the item within 14 days of delivery

Conditions for returns:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Any loss in value due to damage or alteration during return is the buyer’s responsibility

Damaged items: If a piece is damaged during delivery, I’ll do my best to create a similar replacement. Please note that each piece is unique — exact duplicates are not possible.

No returns are accepted after 14 days.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If you’ve experienced issues with mail delivery in the past, I recommend using Priority Mail for its faster delivery and included insurance.

Watson Wells cannot be held responsible for packages stolen after delivery.

Gift Wrapping

Complimentary “candy-style” wrapping is included with all orders. For a more elegant presentation, upgraded gift boxes are available at checkout.

Promotions & Sales

Your email may be used to notify you of special sales or promotions — never often, never noisy.

Black Friday policy: Discounts apply only to purchases made during the sale period. No refunds or price adjustments will be given for purchases made before the sale.
