Shipping Information

  • Free Shipping: I offer free shipping via USPS Priority Mail for all orders.
  • Packaging: Your items will be beautifully wrapped in a charming "candy-style" package, perfect for gifting. If you’d like something more luxurious, I offer an upgraded gift box selection for an additional fee.
  • International Shipping: Most international orders are shipped via First Class Mail. For certain countries, Express Mail is required to ensure safe delivery with tracking.

  • First Class Mail: 1-5 weeks (varies by country)
  • Priority Mail: 1-2 weeks
  • Express Mail: 7-10 days

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • For same-day processing of Priority or Express orders, they must be placed before 12:00 PM EST.
  • Approximate Domestic Delivery Times:
    • First Class Mail: 2-5 days
    • Priority Mail: 2-3 days
    • Express Mail: 1-2 days
      (Please note: USPS guarantees Express Mail delivery within 1-2 days, but exact timing may vary.)

Cancellations

  • Cancellations are accepted if requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are gladly accepted within the following timeframes:
    • Notify me within 7 days of receiving your item.
    • Return the item within 14 days of delivery.
  • Conditions for Returns:
    • Items must be returned in their original condition.
    • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Any loss in value due to damage or alteration during return will be the buyer's responsibility.
  • Damaged Items: If an item is damaged during delivery, I will do my best to create a similar replacement. Please note that each piece is unique and cannot be replicated exactly.
  • No Returns After 14 Days.

Gift Wrapping

  • Complimentary "candy-style" wrapping is included with all orders. For a more elegant presentation, I offer upgraded gift boxes for purchase.

Customs and Import Taxes

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes.
  • Sellers are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If you’ve experienced issues with mail delivery in the past, I recommend using Priority Mail for its faster delivery and included insurance.
  • I cannot be held responsible for packages stolen after delivery.

Special Promotions & Sales

  • I will use your email to notify you of special sales or promotions.
  • Black Friday Policy: Discounts apply only to purchases made during the sale period. No refunds or price adjustments will be given for purchases made before the sale.

No returns past 14 days.

Priority mail. It's faster and includes insurance.
We cannot be held responsible for packages stolen after delivery.

I ship items on a daily basis, M-F, excluding holidays. Priority and Express orders must be received before 12 noon EST to be processed the same day. Please be advised that USPS has changed Express to 1-2 days guaranteed, so I cannot promise that your order will delivered the next day.

Priority Mail Domestic 2-3 days
Express Mail Domestic 1-2 days
